Delivery never delivered

M very disappointed in all the time I have shopped with takealot this is the first time my delivery went wrong. The driver decided to go back with my order just when I was calling someone to get the parcel then when I call the driver he doesn't pick up the phone then he switch off his phone. I have never had such an unprofessional service from takealot ever since I shopped there I always got everything on time but this time I don't even know if this driver will return my order. Please help me with this are his numbers *** I don't know his name
