Delivery negligance

Over the past 2 months i have bought multipule items of which most deliveries went without a hitch.

But i have been having trouble with 2 orders, i bought an cell phone and after a lang delay on delivery i only recieved an emty box so i sent the box back and takealot.com credited my takelot account.

So all seemed fine.

I then bought another phone with the credit and once again there was a delay for them to ship the item. Now the day of delivery i have recieved the delivery notice sms so i believe all is on track for delivery.

Well its almost 5pm and no delivery has been made so i log on to the takealot.com app and check my order just to find a notice that the parcel was delivered to the wrong courier and takealot will rechedule the delivery.

I dont think that i want this delivery anymore, i would rather like my money back and not as credit on the account.
