Delivery missing

I ordered a TV on takealot 19 May. Expected delivery date was the 2and of June then it changed to 9 June. Status of my delivery is out for delivery for 5 days now. Wrote numerous emails on Thursday the 11 of May querying about my delivery. Yesterday I received a message from Quiton saying they contacted logistic company and my delivered was delivered. We did not received anything no one signed for a delivery as they were at home everyday waiting for it. My aunt is very frustrated with this and sick now and she's very old. Takealot doesn't answer my emails. I sent 10 emails still no reply. I want my money back if they cant deliver my TV. The courier company must find the person whom the delivered the parcel to as we did not receive it. Please help us
