Delivery missing

Lodge a complaint yesterday about an order that Takealot said was delivered and signed for by me...but that did not happen. Trying to find out who signed for the delivery as it's missing now but nobody can tell me anything. I want my order delivered to me and signed by me or my money back... this is really bad service from Takealot.
