Delivery Mess and All Round Pathetic Service!

<p>I placed an order on 25 Nov, according to the system it was supposed to be delivered by 01 Dec. </p> <p>On 25 Nov I received an sms advising that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm. I called them to request that it be delivered the next day as there wouldnt be anyone to collect - this was agreed upon and further confirmed by sms.</p> <p>On Wed I logged on to the site to track my parcel, according to the site it was already delivered, I called Takealot and was advised that it usually means its enroute and should be delivered in the next few hours.</p> <p>I knew something was wrong when the parcel was marked as delivered and the explanation provided was not even sensible to the say the least but still ... I gave Takealot the benefit.</p> <p>The parcel has not arrived yet!</p> <p>Wed has come and gone, I have called in at least twice a day since and have still not received my parcel.</p> <p>I called this morning (05 DEC) and was told that the parcel was apparently delivered on WED to a man named NORMAN, which is the most furthest you could find from my own name ... and they didnt have any other info... and wil have to log a query (which means that I should call again).</p> <p>It appears that the couriers are not accountable or responcible to their customers</p> <p>just like Takealot!!!</p> <p>What kind of service is this?</p> <p>How can you not find the person who delivered the parcel and get the info required in over 6 days???</p> <p>How difficult is that? What idiots do you entrust to deliver our packages???</p> <p>You're all damn useless ... especially your couriers Fast n Furious or whatever they call themselves!</p> <p>I want the product I purchased ... I dont want credit notes, vouchers and gift cards ... I wont have use for it ... I'm done supporting you!</p> <p>Its easier to buy from Amazon and they send your goods from overseas!</p> <p>This is the last time i purchase from you incompetant half wits!</p>
