Delivery Mess

I got an sms that my delivery will arrive today. I woke up and waited and got an sms that my delivery has to be rescheduled as I was not home to receive the order. No phone call, no one came to deliver and now I have to wait for next week for my order because of a lazy driver. I even tried to call customer care but no success. I will stick to buying from retailers... Takealot you suck
