Delivery Mess!

I made a purchase on Takealot monday evening and was told the delivery would come Thursday. I attempted to choose a Takealot Pick-Up point for delivery option, but this option was not available, even though it is for Superbalist orders through Takealot, AT TAKEALOT PICK UP POINTS. I made arrangements so that someone would be able to be home to collect it for me during day on Thursday. They let me know Tuesday that the package would arrive a day earlier. I emailed Takealot Tuesday night to try and make an alternative arrangement, or pick it up at one of the many Takealot Pickup Points and was told no changes can be made to a delivery. The package ended up coming a day earlier and subsequently no one was available. The extremely rude SkyNet courier called and I asked that my package be taken back to wherever undelivered packages go and I would make another arrangement myself to collect it. The man instead decided to leave it at a neighbor of his choice after I explicitly asked him to not leave my expensive package with someone I do not know. He then decided to hang up the phone on me after I asked him again to not leave my package. I am extremely upset as I have no control on whether this person will even give me my own package as your courier service is absolutely disgusting! I am very disappointed with your service and your treatment of customers!
