Delivery man **** about arriving and hooted at the gate, he said he will make a turn and bring the parcel and never did

I shopped online through take a lot , I received a delivery message that I will receive my Order on the on Wed 6 April 2022 before 5pm, the delivery was not done on that day, I then recieved another message indication that, my delivery has been reshceduled to be delivered on the 8 - between 08:00-17:00 around 16:30 I received an sms indication that I was not available yet I was at home all the time, I called the delivery man immediately, who **** and said he hooted outside the gate, he did not knock at the gate or the door, he was never there at all, he said he was close to the free way already when I requested that he need to make return, the driver made a fool out of me, he said I am not one of the customers that he usually delivers for and I could hear in his back ground that he was not travelling alone, there were mans voices and were busy laughing at the background, he also sounded intoxicated and said he will come through, the next thing he gives me the name of a different location, very unprofessional and disrespectful, I told him I was waiting for my package as I needed to take it with to where I was going, he acted as if he understood, this is a very bad service
