Delivery lost in the abyss

I ordered something from then on 25 June, planned delivery 9 July. Their system seems to now be stuck and shows delivered 9 July, which was 5 days ago. I have logged multiple queries with them and have gotten no joy. There is no contact number to actually have a human conversation with, or at least none I could fine.
