Delivery Late

Package was meant to be delivered on the 6th, as displayed by your website. On the morning of the 5th, I was sent an email saying the package was with your courier partner FedEx.<br> <br> I saw the package was not scheduled for delivery (as it was meant to be) so I contacted your delivery dept. They told me the package is scheduled for tomorrow. This is unacceptable, I had someone wait home the whole day for it not be delivered! The least you could have done is contacted me to let me know.<br> <br> The 1st lady said she would follow up and get back to me. This never happened. 2 hours later, I called again and spoke to Jason, he seemed very reluctant to help. He said he cannot make promises that it will be delivered today. I will not be waiting home again, please contact me for alternate delivery FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING.<br> <br> I am displeased with this poor service from TAKEALOT. In a country with poor service delivery, TAKEALOT is one of few left who actually care about their customers. As of today I am not so sure.<br> <br> Contact me ASAP.
