Delivery items just left inside property

I received an email that our items were delivered although we did not receive any items nor did we sign for the items. I contacted Takealot delivery department where the consultant helped to track the items.<br> <br> The items was somehow signed for with my name even though I personally did not sign for any items. When my wife went outside the parcels were left inside the property on the boot of our vehicle.<br> <br> We are baffled how the items got there. The driver eventually returned and said that there was a unknown person outside the gate that signed for the items.<br> How would there be someone outside the gate and sign with my name and still you think it's a good idea to place parcels inside a property where you had to lift the parcels over the gate and leave them there?<br> <br> I am sure there was no mysterious person outside the gate (we checked with all our neighbours) and the driver decided to self-sign the document herself. Signing documentation on behalf of someone else, as that person is a ********** activity.<br> <br> I trust that this matter will be handled internally.<br>
