Delivery issues

I placed an order on the 19th December 2019 and the delivery date was supposed to be the 24th Dec 2019 and I got an sms that it was rescheduled for the 27 December 2019 and today after emails and call im told they wont be able to deliver today ,no specific reason at all as to why , pathetic service from Takealot .I get an email that I will get my delivery on Monday 30th Dec ,so I have to work my schedule around them .do not order from Takealot if you have somewhere you need to be because they are pathetic when it comes to delivery .I have learnt my lesson ,I should have just gone to the shops .
