Delivery issues again

I ordered from Takealot yesterday and requested next day delivery which would be today after paying I received and email stating my order will only be delivered next Friday which I did not want. I phoned and spoke to customer service they explained one item was holding up my shipment but he could split the order so I can get the rest of my things today and that one item on Friday I said yes please do that. It's now 10h00 and my order is still saying it will only be delivered on Friday which I find extremely upsetting this is the second incident in a few weeks with them regarding delivery issues i have been a loyal customer for quite some time and the service I am receiving lately is disgusting.
