Delivery Issues

We have ordered from Takealot on the 28th of March 2022, they have been struggling now for 2 days to find our location to deliver. After making numerous calls and arrangements, sending pin drops and making ourselves completely available to assist the driver in finding us, this has failed. The parcel is of most importance and was needed before the weekend. We have spoken to so many people for assistance but still, the parcel can't reach us. Please refund us or deliver at a Nelspruit pick-up point so we can pick it up ourselves.
