Delivery issues

I ordered the parcel order ***4 and I received sms confirming delivery today. I cancelled my plans and stayed at home. Before midday I got an sms stating delivery has been cancelled due that they can’t find my address. I called and I was promised a call back by two agents who did not call me. Please cancel the order. I have even deleted your takealot app, I can’t struggle with getting my parcel as if takealot is the only online company. Your delivery service is **** not sure what changed but I’m so not using you again.
