Delivery issues

I am not sure what is happening with your deliveries but it is really starting to suck.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for this delivery and on Monday I wasted the whole day at home waiting for a delivery that did not happen.

I received a sms monday morning before 7am to state that it will be delivered between 8am - 17:00pm

Then I received a sms later in the day to state that it was rescheduled to receive it Monday before 19:00p,

The delivery did not happen, I the receive the same sms yesterday (Tuesday) to be delivered before 17:00 and no delivery

This morning (Wednesday) the same sms "out for delivery" and now I get these emails that it was lost in transit?

When I accessed my takealot account online, I saw that it was updated that Monday & Tuesday the parcel was damaged in transit, why did I not receive these notifications via sms or email which would've saved me from wasting time trying to be home for the courier but then nobody arrives.

In September, we also waited for around 2 weeks for a product as it had to be ordered from supplier but then it was "lost in transit"

Customers are using you for convenience but you are starting to become an inconvenience as you have to "hope" that your delivery happens

Even the "next day delivery" items usually do not come the next day even if it is ordered early the previous morning

I am not someone that looks for freebies but this has now happened numerous times and we are regular shoppers on your site and make regular purchases each month, sometimes it will be multiple times a month but I am starting to reconsider using other companies as some of them give you an exact timeframe (within the hour) of when packages are delivered as well)
