Delivery issues

<p>My order was scheduled for delivery for tomorrow 24 December. Because I work during the day I have to make arrangements for someone to be at my place to sign for the package. Usually I will get an sms or email to say that the package is on its way and will be delivered during a certain time. However this did not happen with my recent order. I came home from work today and someone in my road, that I hardly know says she has my order. It was delivered this morning, a day before scheduled delivery without any communication to me to let me know it will be delivered early. And also given to someone I did not authorize to sign for my package. At 4pm, hours after the packaged was delivered, I received an sms to say my order will be delivered before 5pm! I know that you guys are probably very busy trying to get everyone's orders out but this is unacceptable. And it is not the first time I am having problems with Skynet. There was an issue with the delivery for my last order too. I have never had these problems with Mr Delivery.</p>
