Delivery Issues

I expected a delivery to be made on Saturday then got an SMS that I was unavailable and that the delivery would be rescheduled. I was in fact home at the time of the SMS. I then called the call centre three times where the first two calls I was informed that the driver would come back again, then on the third call the agent told me that my order had been mixed up. So why did the other two agents not inform me. Then I got another SMS informing me that my delivery would be made today (Monday, 26 July before 15:00) it's now end of day on Monday and I'm still waiting! To say that I'm disappointed and frustrated is an understatement
