Delivery issue from takelaot

I have just recently purchased something from [URL Removed] According to the site i would have recieved my package today (3 December, 2015). there was absolutely no communication between us and takealot and/or their courie company. in their email of comfirmation it stipulated the we would have recieved an sms stating time of delivery. We had to call them to find out where the package was. The customer rep, said that it would be delivered before 4:30pm today (3 December 2015).
