Delivery issue

Placed an order last week, the 1st of May, the order should have been delivered on the 5th of May. But the delivery has still not been delivered, every day the answer is the same, delivery rescheduled. We have had more than one order delivered, since my order. And still nothing about my package. The package has been rescheduled once again today.
