Delivery issue

Well this is very disappointing - takelot promised me they will deliver today after i've been waiting two weeks, now they tell me they can get hold of me - after i spoke to a helpdesk operator an hour and a half ago - and they told me he is running late.

This is nonsense - don't tell me you cant get hold of me and make me the problem.
