Delivery is pathetic

Absolutely PATHETIC!! I ordered something for cash on delivery on the 16th. Every. Single. Day. I would track my order and I would see "delivery failed", BUT WHERE WAS MY PHONE CALL TO SAY MY DELIVERY IS AT THE DOOR OR ON ITS WAY?! Not to mention, each time it was logged that I was "unavailable" it was in an area FAR away from where I live. Can your drivers teleport?! AMAZING

I even phoned your helpline. Twice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Did it make a any kind of difference? HA, TAKE A GUESS!

AND NOW? The parcel is being sent back to the warehouse because of what I can only assume is incompetence, because I was ready and waiting. Where was the driver?
