Delivery is not their thing.

I buy 5 items from Takealot on Sunday. Firstly they promise to deliver it in like 10 days. I guess under promise over deliver. Then half my order gets delivered on Thursday, and the other half is promised for Thursday. Funny you think why two delivery vans on one day for same order, Not very "green" and also a bit trouble some, as I have to keep watching the gate? Then it does not get delivered but re-scheduled for Friday, not to be delivered but rescheduled for Saturday and alas not delivered on Saturday. I live 60km out of Pretoria East and 3km out of CBD of small town in Gauteng. Takealot somehow has perfected non delivery. I regularly buy stuff from Raru and Loot, never have these delivery issues, The benefit of buying online is I don;t have to go to town. I can have someone arrange a delivery time, and get my stuff. I pay for that privilege as well... Takealot.com do not understand that.
