Delivery is 3 days late, and i still never get the delivery

I placed an order on Friday 24 November to the value of R12000. On the delivery options, i was promised via the site that the delivery is Gaurenteed for delivery on Saturday 25 November. On Saturday I received SMS's confirming that I will be getting the delivery before 5pm. Waiting till 5pm, the delivery never arrive. On Sunday the 26th of November, the sms came again, confirming that I will get the delivery on Sunday before 5pm. Low and behold, the delivery never arrive. I then got an sms to say that they will deliver on Monday, and again, nothing got delivered, and last night i got the sms confirming that the delivery will take place today. I actually dont think the delivery will take place today, because i have been **** to for 3 days now. I asked for next day delivery, because of the urgency of the items i bought. now i dont need it, but i am still R12000. Honestly Take A Lot is a full of ****, and i dont believe that they take customers seriously at all. I want this rectified and i want to be compensated for all these lies
