Delivery incomplete

I placed an order for an pink wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse came without a USB plug so I returned it for another one. Again it came without a USB plug for the mouse. Doesn't these things get checked before shipping. I wanted it for my wife`s birthday, but now I have to look for another pink one at other places.
