Delivery- I must take out Van while I am pregnant

I received my package today. An old lady told me she couldn't get the packages out of the van and I must help her. I told her that I am pregnant and she just said there is no other way because she has back problems. I had to take it out of the van and try to drag it to my gate . First of all where is the protocol for Corona virus there and distancing secondly like I mentioned I am pregnant and are not allowed to lift heavy stuff . I am going to save this event from the security cameras because I keep take a lot liable for any complications or corona infection. Please if hesvy stuff is the van use people who are capable of lifting heavy stuff out of vans and don't expect pregnant woman to to it for them.
