Delivery hoax

Takealot - an indication that delivery will take place on a certain date, that date arrives but no delivery - then you log onto your account to track your order - it then states the following "Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule."

This is a lie - we are all in lockdown and at home and 4 occupied units can see the gate where the delivery will take place and nobody has seen anyone at the gate to my complex. After email after email - I still have no joy!
