Delivery has been sent to incorrect address TWICE

This is the second time i have ordered with takealot where they released my goods to the incorrect courier site and now it has to be returned and my delivery is overdue AGAIN. I was not made aware of the error, i had to log on to check my delivery to note the error on their side FOR THE SECOND time, now i cannot get anyone to tell me when my order will be delivered.
