Delivery guys not alerting you when delivering.

I have had a terrible experience with Takealot over the past few months. First, the couriers no longer call before delivery; I just receive a text saying my parcel has been delivered, even though I haven't received it. They give the package to anyone who claims to know me. This has been happening for so long that I'm exhausted.

Yesterday, they did the same thing. I only received one of two parcels from someone, who told me they would deliver the second one today. They haven't called or provided any updates, and the app says both parcels have been delivered. I have tried calling and emailing, but no one has been able to assist me or get back to me. This service is simply horrible.
