Delivery guys are unprofessional

I get random messages from a number saying phone me repeatedly! After phoning the number it’s a takealot delivery guy saying. He was at the gate and drove away again because I took to long to phone! Since when do the client have to phone random numbers.

I understand if it’s an proffesional text saying phone the takealot delivery guy. But I don’t even know who I am getting these random messages from. If I didnt phone him back I would never have known it is takealot and would have missed my package.
