Delivery Gone Wrong

<p>I ordered and paid (Order ********** ) and delivery date was Thursday, 29 December 2016 at 10h00.</p> <p>After I have arranged my holiday plans to be home on the specific day I was informed via sms that it was delivered the previous day.</p> <p>After many emails to and thro, I still did not receive my order. The persons I communicated with are Vakele Veto and Ashley Nagel. On the 6th of January I was promised by Ashley that this problem will be solved.</p> <p>This is just unacceptable as it was a Christmas gift. I dont have the gift, neither the money I have paid. It was delivered and signed for...Just not by me. Do you not have to show your ID on delivery?</p>
