Delivery Fees

Customers are being de*****ed by Takealot by charging delivery fees. Even though you paid for next-day delivery, they only deliver five days later, but you are still charged for it. They don't respond when I try to reach them about why they do this. This seems to be occurring more frequently. Order number #*** is my order number. They are becoming increasingly worse.
