Delivery fee for order cancelled by Takealot

I ordered an item from Takealot for R999 and had to pay a delivery fee of R250. This was a surcharge because the nose trolley apparently was too big to handle by one person. I received an email from Takealot saying that the nose trolley is no longer available. I was offered a credit or refund. I opted for a refund. However, the delivery fee is not refunded which meant that I am now paying a delivery fee for an article that will not be delivered and was cancelled by Takealot. Phoning a delivery branch in Gqeberha was an unfruitful exercise as I was just informed it will not be refunded. Charging delivery fee for something that is not delivered and refusing to refund that is blatant *****ing.
