Delivery fee for no delivery. 😡

I bought a fridge and paid R250 for delivery. Within hours of my purchase, I canceled the order and purchased a larger fridge. I paid for the new fridge plus R250 for delivery. My refund was approved for the fridge but not for the delivery fee. I have been through the Ts and Cs and can't find anything on them keeping that money.
