Delivery falsly cancelled by Takealot

I am absolutely livid right now. I placed my order and payed for same day delivery this morning and was just informed that "recipient was not available for collection, so we'll reschedule.". I was not contacted once today, and my wife had cancelled all her plans to ensure she is home all day to collect the parcel. Nobody has been to our house today and neither me nor my wife was contacted by Takealot. I want a full refund and the parcel shipped to us immediately. Delivery would have been free, but i obviously needed the parcel today otherwise i would not have paid for same day delivery. Order number #***4.
