Delivery Failures

I've never had a problem with Takealot until now. I ordered an item a week or so ago and they've rescheduled delivery twice now. It's supposed to be delivered to my husband's office, which is now closed for the holidays. I have tried to notify them of this fact via email which they have ignored and have instead scheduled delivery for today. (A Saturday nogal). Seeing as though they messed up on delivering the item on 2 previous occasions I demand they they deliver it to an alternate address!
