Delivery failure

App**** for a credit card with fnb and the application was successful. The fnb consultant gave me options in which I can get the new card one of which was hand delivery by takealot, I chose that option as it was convinient for me. I contacted takealot on Tuesday 26-06-2018 to arrange delivery and the lady I spoke to told me that I'll get an sms that the card will be delivered the next day 27-06-2018 but I should ignore the sms because according to the address I gave them the card can only be delivered on the 28th and upon receipt of the card I should produce my proof of residence and ID or they won't give the card if the docs are not there. So today 28th I called to trance where the card is only to find that it has been delivered to an unknown person I stayed on the line for 20min with a call center agent by the name Wendy who was trying to get the driver that delivered the card on the other line with no luck.,she promised to get back to me in 20min but didn't do as promised, an hour later a guy called to tell me they still can't find the driver on the phone they'll get back to me tomorrow.im amazed on how the card was delivered without the docs that were required in the first place, my worst worry is that what will happen if that card lends on the wrong hands as there is an increase in *****. I'm so disappointed and not at all satisfied with the service at takealot and it doesn't seem like they are taking this matter seriously, they show no sense of urgency. It's the very first and last I do business with them
