Delivery Failure

I ordered and paid for my items on Takealot.com on the 7th December 2017.

They said the estimated time of delivery would be 12 December 2017. I am still waiting, I keep on getting SMS's stating that my delivery is delayed.

I tried to get hold of someone but it is impossible as they only route you back to the web site showing that my parcel will be delivered before 17:00 on 12 December 2017.

I need my parcel before going on leave 15 December 2017.

Please could someone tell me when can I expect my parcel???

I always use Takealot with no hassles but this time they really dropped the ball.
