Delivery failure

Ordered some 3d printer fulfilment which was supposed to arrive today!!. Phoned the call centre to ask where is it and get told they will phone me back. One hour later I phone again and ask to speak to a manager, get out on hold for several minutes and the phone line drops.. it's been another hour and still nothing. Useless service!!!!!
