Delivery extensions, extensions, extensions, extensions

Regularly happens now that Takealot waits until the delivery date that the order will be delayed by another 2 weeks. This is usually because of one item in the basket which delays the whole order. Systems don't allow for partial deliveries or collections and their official response is always a non sensical "the instructions has been drop for the order to be delivered"? They dont own the products they sell, so essentially they are just in the middle to facilitate the sale with customer service. They know zero about customer service - once you pay you are at the mercy of their poorly designed systems! Advice - never group order together, break it up to just over R500 each!
