Delivery *****ed up.

My parcel delivery date was initially scheduled for the 5th of July but then changed to the 8th. I then made plans to be away from home on the 5th only for my parcel then to be delivered on the 5th. I phoned in to see if they could schedule my delivery for the afternoon and was told on the phone that it would be delivered after 3pm on the 5th, however I received a call from the driver at 13:30pm trying to find me. I am very disappointed in the confusion and constant run around I recieved with this delivery. I planned my day around the delivery for it to be *****ed around.
