Delivery

I placed an order with take a lot and paid for it but there is no communication on their side,I am the one taking effort trying to track my order which has been paid for.And I haven't received my order and it was also canceled and I was not refunded for it.

When I email them I get response from different people I am starting to believe it's a ****.My order was placed on Wednesday 1st of February and they said it was going to be delivered the following day but it never did till this day. I even went as far as calling and they promised to call me back but nothing.
