Delivery

I am very disappointed with takealot, I have been buying and didn't get any problem with my orders until I place another order on the 8th and was supposed to be delivered on the 9th but till today I haven't received my order it is rescheduled day in and day out and above that, when I track my order on the app they **** on the 9th saying I wasn't available to take my order and on the 11th they send email saying I need to verify my address of which I have been using with all my orders, I don't know tomorrow they will come up with which story. I am extremely unhappy with the service from takealot
