Delivery dumped and driving off

I am seriously getting fed up with the delivery service of this company. i am a takealot more client. Items in stock, yet i still wait up to a week or more for delivery. I also wish we could rate the drivers. So the company would know which are the good drivers and which are the bad. today i had such a rotten experience again. The drivers brought me my dog food and a bag of stuffing i had ordered. He put it on the outside in my driveway pavement area and screamed takealot. By the time i came out he was already in his car ready to drive away. He screamed out, i am afraid of dogs, your stuff is in the driveway........ really i had to wonder was he even going to wait to see if i was home, because he looked ready to drive off. I want to buy a tumble dryer, but i certainly cannot risk that just being dumped outside in my driveway pavement.
