Delivery Downfall
<p> I was really impressed with the product range and sophistication of your company. But what is the cornerstone of an online business? Delivery. I have now received my 3rd postponement text for a delivery date. Order was placed over a week ago. I have had quicker deliveries from Amazon USA. Cut all advertising spend until you can get delivery right - until then it's back to brick & mortar or Amazon.</p>
