Delivery Disgrace

Placed order on the 24th of January and paid extra for it to be delivered on the 26th of January. Needless to say after i received a notification that it was out for delivery and would arrive before 5pm i received another notification that no one was there to receive the order. I stay in a complex and security is there 24/7. Easy for you to say no one was there to receive it. Where is the proof. I want the money refunded for the delivery becuase i am sick of waiting for my call to be attended to when i call your customer care line. Tomorrow is also my girlfriends birthday and this order was part there of. This isnt the first time you have messed up my order. I am done with Takealot. Quick to charge for delivery and then i get excuses. #ripoff
