Delivery Department useless!!!

1. 2 Items was ordered on 29 Nov 2015, order number ***<br> 2. According to Takealot it should have been delivered by 4th of Dec 2015<br> 3. Anger and frustration, telephone calls and emails further - Half of the order was delivered on 10 Dec 2015.<br> 4. Its now the 22nd of Dec 2015, THE POWERBANK WHICH WAS PART OF THE ORDER HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!<br> 5. I have proof of what i signed, and what was delivered to me if takealot assumes i received the POWERBANK. Takealot according to the website now says i did receive the order and is making me so mad cause its a complete lie!<br> <br> Can someone please help me with this asap, its meant as a gift for some1 and your service in the matter is pathetic.<br> <br> If may order can not be resolved i expect my order to be refunded at once.<br> <br> Please call me if there is any uncer*****y.<br>
