Delivery Delays / Poor Communication

My order #*** was advertised to be a "next day delivery" only to find that it was delayed by 5 days due to one of the items being in a different city/warehouse, why they couldn't communicate that with me so I could remove that item from the list is ridiculous. Now I check my order again this morning (day before postponed delivery date), it has been delayed further by another 2 days - still with no communication from these guys... I truly regret spending my money there, it will surely be my last time.
