Delivery. delays. negligence. no communication

I bought somethings on the 5th of June 2023, I have not received the order or any communication to date. I queried yesterday and they told me my order has been delivered on the 9th.

What puzzles me is that the status on the app says not yet shipped, if delivered why did they communicated before delivering? their line is never attended, I am so frustrated
