Delivery delays

I ordered three items and was advised I would receive the items on Wednesday 20th before 17H00. Today is the 25th and I just received the one parcel. I have spoken to two support staff, one promising delivery on the Friday after speaking to them on Thursday, then no delivery. After logging yet another call over the weekend (Satruday 23rd) I was advised I would receive my items today, yet still no complete delivery. To put this into context, I placed the original order on Monday 11th May, it is now 14 days later on items that take up to 7 days to ship...ridiculous.

I even received SMS's stating I would receive it two different times. Saturday I received an SMS stating I would get my order before 7:00 pm – No delivery Sunday’s SMS stated I would receive it today before 5:00 pm – No delivery.
